These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and pdn88 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). 3 Account Registration

• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the pdn88 platform
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or exploit any vulnerability within the pdn88 system
• Identity fraud or impersonating another member or pdn88 staff
• Sharing your account information with others or allowing third parties to access your account
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the pdn88 platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Pdn88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity
• Holding more than one active account
• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities

In the event of account closure due to fraud or breach of terms, pdn88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins in that account. For closures based on other valid grounds, any remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.
